Now in stock we have this superb HPI clear Exige S2 Touring in the rare colour of Magnetic blue.
Very good condition throughout with fresh Khumo tyres all round and pagid RS42 pads.
Inside we have a removable steering wheel and a very handy shift light system. One of the bugbears with the Exige can be keeping the engine in the second cam zone. The shift light helps by enabling you to keep your eye on the road instead of having to look down at the standard dash light or even worse just waiting for it to hit the limiter before changing. The cam changeover point has also been lowered on this car to 5750RPM again helping overall driveablity.
A trackday friendly 2bular exhaust is also fitted as well as twin oil coolers (factory fitted) and braided brake lines. MT-90 gearbox oil has been added which is a good way to keep the gearchange sweet in the Exige/111R. Also has Hoffmans adjustable ARB.
Overall an excellent example of the Exige – drives superbly and pulls very well through all gears with no problems at all. No blistering or bubbling paintwork anywhere. Full and documented service history with all old MOTs etc
Car is an AC model but AC is not operational.
There are some stone chips to the nose.
Car had clocks replaced (a very common fault with all Elise/Exige) early in its life in 2005 with 13k. There is an official document from Lotus to support this so clocks currently display 28000. All subsequent MOTs and service documentation confirm mileage.
Standard Exhaust and rear trim comes with the car so can be reverted back to standard if required.
