Here we have our MDs personal car – the Cayman S affectionately known as “The Unicorn”

Originally a Porsche management car the spec of this 987 is known to be the best ever manufactured. This car when new was £73000.

The amazing standard spec is as follows:

Carbon Bucket seats (Porsche original to the car not aftermarket)
Porsche PCCB Ceramic Brakes (New pads 2016)
Limited Slip Diff
PASM adaptive dampers
Sports Chrono plus
Porsche Sports Exhaust – new in 2016 due to corrosion on flange of the old one

In addition we have fitted H&R springs and 20″ 981 wheels – The car was supplied on Spyder wheels which are available by Separate negotiation.

Everything else is totally standard there no De snork no map or anything else its completely unmolested.

Its a sensational car we have actually owned the car twice now having sold it first time to buy a Cayman R as it turns out wrongly thinking the R was the pinnacle of the 987 cars. The R was too stiff and jarring for road use so it was quickly sold that and we waited for this car to come back which it did about 18 months ago. The ride is far superior to the R and of course you have the option to switch the dampers thats missing in the R.

It really is a very special and almost completely unique car. The Carbon Ceramics make a huge change to how the car handles and the steering feel. There is no other 987 you will find in this spec.

Its just had a major service earlier this year so needs nothing for 2 years. We have done the brake fluid as well last year in addition to new PCCB pads last year too. Recent MOT, all consumables are in perfect order and the car is in near pristine condition throughout.

So there it is. Its the best 987 Cayman in the UK part of the last of the line NA cars so depreciation proof maybe one day they will even rocket up in price.

Mileage will slowly increase as the car is still used 2/3 times per week.
